LOVE P90X! However, I use it like a cafeteria, take what I want from it by doing mostly the aerobics, core and abs workouts due to muscle spasms, which are like cardiac PVC's in your muscles
Cons: Very intense, provides a wide range of effort, but you just have to believe them when they say to go at your own speed and build on your current fitness level. Start: focus on core strength exercises.
