versatile, free, open-source way to save not only bookmarks but files, notes; add tags, organize and search any way you want; share across multiple computers; also exports references to auto-generate bibliographies
Cons: only in Firefox, seems like it's a 1.0 version so not a lot of bells and whistles including takes some time to figure out what it can do and how to do it

If you are researcher, a must-to-have. If you are not researcher, you can use it to save data and your bookmarks
Cons: I think that UI could be better.
