Blink is a must read for people who regularly have to make decisions that will effect their business.

The writing of Malcolm Gladwell possesses a lucidity that is to be envied by many of today's journalists, and is a must read for anyone who is interested in better understanding themselves, to community they live, and the world at large.

People are good guessers (about some things) - mostly about other people.
Maybe we don't need a lot of data to make some decisions.
Cons: People have big gaps in their understanding of things (math and science) and make poor choices.

Gladwell is an amazing author that does some of the most interesting and in-depth research for his books. Excellent choice!
