a great show, though predictable. often fun reveals and sometimes good stuff going on relationally.

Whole heartedly agree! What an oppurtunty these people have!
All businesses small and large must have passion and drive, if you buck Gordon then you just don't have the passion and big picture in mind. When I had my Cafe` I watched and learned even in the declining economy, Gordon made me strife to right my full goals. Thanks to Chris Dixon he is also teaching me ole dogs do learn new tricks!

This show has taught me more about small business management than any book. Hear me out. We all know Ramsay is a hot shot restauranteur, but he's also incredibly empathetic and uncompromising. While this show has its lame gross-out moments, at its heart, it is about inspiring people with their own potential, and teasing out their best performances. You really can't fault anyone for doing that.
