A captivating collection of letters, postcards and memos. Some moving, others hilarious. Mark Twain's angry letter to a snake oil salesman is particularly great.

This is such a clever idea. I especially liked the telegram from Dorothy Parker to her editor. "This is instead of telephoning because I can't look you in the voice"–amazing. I also enjoyed reading Beethoven's letter to his Immortal Beloved. "Ever thine.
Ever mine. Ever ours"– very beautiful.

This site offers a glimpse into the fascinating world of famous peoples' letters, postcards, telegrams, postcards, faxes, and memos. Always interesting and always real, they recently released their 500th letter.

The editorial voice is understated, erudite, charming (=British). Wide-ranging collection of correspondence; see Oscar Wilde on art, Courtney Love on Madonna.
Cons: Some may find this dull.
