This non-fiction reads like a novel about a 14 year old boy who has to drop out of school because his parents cannot afford the $80 for tuition. During his free time, he hangs out at the library, finds a book in English that he cannot read, but understands the pictures, and builds a windmill out of scrap from the junkyard. Very inspirational!
