I certainly agree with others that it's one of the greatest cheeses you'll taste in France...or Quebec, or the world for that matter.
Cons: Not for you if you don't like stinky cheeses (I love it and I don't like seeing various colours of mold in my dairy); goes bad very quickly when not refrigerated well; almost impossible to slice due to thickness of rind vs. softness of cheese.
