I certainly agree with others that it's one of the greatest cheeses you'll taste in France...or Quebec, or the world for that matter.
Cons: Not for you if you don't like stinky cheeses (I love it and I don't like seeing various colours of mold in my dairy); goes bad very quickly when not refrigerated well; almost impossible to slice due to thickness of rind vs. softness of cheese.
Amazing stinky cheese that made me love stinky cheeses. Creamy and silky, and somehow the stinky smell only makes it taste better! Cons: Only raw unpasteurized camembert is tasty in my opinion. So all the camembert in America tastes bland and boring.
