I've been on several cruises with four different cruise lines, Norwegian being the most recent, and clearly the best; by a wide margin.

From 6/2010 cruise - Wonderful accomodatoins, diligent , friendly, helpful staff, nice balance of freestyle and planned, reasonable price,
Cons: From 6/2010 cruise - Inconsistent food quality both day to day and same dish at the same meal. Want to charge you for *everything* and hawk lots of things throughout cruise. Few exceptional staff
