I agree definitely great way to start the day, plus it improves circulation, flexibility, strength and even reduces stress. Why NOT yoga?

Yoga is so good. I always feel amazing afterwards. Just need to get myself to do it more often...

Great way to start out the day even if you only have enough time to do a few poses.
