the soundtrack never misses a beat. dialogue is witty and quick. love this movie, good romantic comedy.

This is my all-time favorite movie & has been since its release. Very funny dialogue, great cast, a suitable degree of action, touches of drama, and a believable rekindling of romance. I have not met a person who did not enjoy viewing this film (believe me, I've pointedly asked many folks due to my affection for it). Even though I was class of '89 the content still played well to my demographic.

One of the funniest movies I know, and John Cusack is the perfect actor for the role. The writing and delivery is amazing, and check out the fight scene with his actual martial arts trainer, Benny "The Jet" Urquidez. Also featuring Dan Akroyd and several other great actors. Thoroughly enjoyable.
