Pride & Prejudice

Pros: Moves much faster than the BBC series. Knightley is beautiful and Macfadyen is brilliant in emerging from his taciturn manner.
Cons: The wealth of the Bennett's is not well portrayed, and so Mrs Bennett's scheming seems over the top. It's developed better in the series.
I now feel I should read the book...

Keira Knightley couldn't have played Miss Elizabeth Bennett any better than Lizzie the character herself, and Matthew as Mr. Darcy quiet, brutish, aristocrat friends Mr Chancey who is madly in love w Lizzie's sister Jane, Lizzie detest Darcy, finds out truth oooohh it's the best scene when that morning in the light & fog Mr Darcy walking steadily fast towards her done brilliant. I have goosebumps

A classic. Mr. Darcy has somehow become the Best Thing Ever in the eyes of women. Gentlemen, study, study, study~
Cons: Please, don't take Mr. Darcy seriously and remember that for most of the movie he was a jerk. Also, no Colin Firth as he was only in the BBC series.
