I use this stuff called Kizami Shoga on the instant noodles I eat from Indonesia - nothing like ginger... Nothing...

So amazingly versatile. What other spice goes with such a variety of flavors? Have it in candy, or ice cream, or have it in a curry. It keeps well, looks cool, its great for your health....Ginger!
