Fantastic fruit. you can find them in frozen section of most Asian stores (usually in Vietnamese/Thai town). The seeds can be boiled or roasted.
Fruit is sweet and slight rubbery texture.

Grows up to 100 pounds and is the largest tree fruit. Jack fruit looks like a giant pomegranate in construction with a dinosaur's skin. The fruit pods inside are yellow with a large seed that slides out of each piece. The fruit is incredibly rich, tasting something like a spiced buttery pudding.
