This is EASILY the most surreal film you will ever watch. The entire movie is a visual acid trip, coupled with religious/political/social commentary. Seriously mind bending.

Jodorowsky's best-known film, La Moñtana Sagrada (The Holy Mountain) has been ripped off a lot in music videos. Definitely for fans of Fantastic Planet, and worth watching for the animal reenactment of the conquest of Mexico alone. If you like this, you should check out "Santa Sangre," Jodorowsky's campy horror film or "El Topo," his psychedelic western. Fun fact: this was financed by a Beatle!

A rich and surreal exodus to the hyper real and holographic nature of reality. A true cult classic!
