It goes deep into what societies are based on, prying on the rocks of our sociological faith wee have in our world.

if you loved Hunger Games - you should read the Giver trilogy.
Book 1. The Giver
Book 2. Gathering Blue
Book 3. The Messenger.
Just make sure you read them in the right order - I read 2, then started 3 and then realized the what I thought was #3 was actually #1.
Still enjoyed them a lot.

To this day one of my favorite books to read over and over. It is written spectacularly well for a children's book; The Newbery was well-deserved.

I read this book years ago, but I remember it so well. It stays with you. It's a wonderful book.

It might be a nice reading, looks interesting.
Cons: There are other books I would read before this one. It doesn't have zombies ;-P
