I have learned Esperanto when at school in Switzerland. Unfortunately there are only a few people that are talking in esperanto. But still a very interesting language.

Guess you could call it the new Latin. Interesting to note that it is an easy to learn and politically neutral language meant to foster peace. A superior foundation in preparation for learning a first foreign language.
