For me, a good prosecco is the ultimate summer drink. You can have it in the evenings - but also in the afternoon in the garden or so. Sometimes the taste for me is better than that of a champagne.
Cons: In rural Wales almost impossible to find! In Germany it was available almost in every shop. I miss it.

A good prosecco will deliver! It can be found even in the lower price ranges. I serve it at parties and it never fails to please the guests. Great for to make Bellinis or with creme de cassis.
