Staggeringly brilliant in every way. I don't think David Foster Wallace could have achieved what what he did with "Infinite Jest" without Pynchon paving the way.
Cons: Strange... why does the above description say: "His masterpieces include Candide, Gulliver's Travels and Gargantua and Pantagruel"??? Is that a joke that I'm not understanding?
