This is the Cannon DSLR lens to carry around. It's a bit heavy and doesn't have the reach for some shots but very, very versatile lens.

Wonderful versatile lens. Super sharp. Great autofocusing. Only downside is that it's a little heavy, but that comes with the territory with "fast glass" (f/2.8). This is on my camera 90% of the time.

Beautiful. It's just so... beautiful. Everytime I see or use one of my friends' 24-70mm my eyes mist up a touch with longing...
Cons: ... but I so don't have the cash right now!
