A really curious spice with a very aromatic and unique flavour. Great with rice or with sweet things. You can make a wonderful cardamom loaf by just modifying a lemon drizzle cake recipe to include cardamom instead, and adding it to tea or hot chocolate adds a gentle exotic flavour, just remember not to eat the pod!

Cons: avoid if you don't like licorice jelly beans
