This has changed the way I view my website. I hate the new layout though -- wish it was more like the new google docs.

Free, comprehensive, web-based, regularly improved, easy to use
Cons: Not real-time, complex to alter tracking, slows down pages if improperly installed

lots of really cool graphs.
Cons: your site hangs and/or really slow page rendering when google stats has issues (once every month or 2)

Very comprehensive, especially for being free.
Cons: It's not real-time.
