I love Google Reader but Twitter has become my de facto RSS reader.

This is the way I read all of my favorite blogs.

If you are still visiting 4+ news sites/blogs multiple times a day, you are killing yourself for no reason. Use Google Reader (maybe check out helvetireader if it's too ugly for you).

I use this for all my RSS reading. All my feeds in one place.
Edit: Google will shutdown Reader on July 1, 2013.

I use it on my everyday browser routine, no fuss about going from site to site. Even use it to check mail from other accounts.

Great service, best RSS reader I've ever used and it does so much more.

Google Reader is pretty much always open in (at least) one tab of my browser. Ever updating and always accessible, it's my preferred way to keep up with my RSS online.

Accessible from any computer; keyboard navigation; extensive sharing possibilities
Cons: Too little of the interface is customisable

easy adding, sharing, works with lots of items, keyboard shortcuts, good-enough analytics, recommendations, integrates with gmail + friends, share and star items, add and publish notes
Cons: needs personalization or prioritization like the Fever reader (if it works - I guess here lies the problem...)

Available everywhere. Offline access with Google Gears. Tons of keyboard shortcuts. Minimal UI. Sharing functionality.

Accessible anywhere you have an Internet connection.
Cons: Can't cache and read blogs while offline.

Same view of read/unread on multiple computers, and even the same on mobile devices. Friends shared items and notes is an excellent source for new material.

Works well. Web based, so works everywhere.
