I can recommend Foresight & Innovation at Stanford University with Tamara Carleton, Ph.D. and Dr. William Cockayne. I had a very well done and intense workshop with both of them and learned a lot.

I am not a Stanford student or alumni but I know that it is the greatest university in the entire planet, heck universe!
Cons: I didn't go there.

Diverse student body, awesome campus. Exceptionally strong 'residential education' program with dorm cohesion, party funds, etc. Great academics.

Cons: You won't want to leave when you graduate.

Amazing campus, great school, great social environment
