Mast Brothers Chocolate

I recently had their Brooklyn Blend and I think it may be the best chocolate I've ever had, incredibly rich and varied flavors, to the point that it's hard to believe it's just chocolate and sugar, I could swear I taste things like orange peel and coffee in there. Delicious!

They make it by hand, they make it with love and they make it with only two ingredients. Well worth the trip to Williamsburg.

packaging, the taste, the ethos
Cons: hard to come by in the UK, but getting easier to find.

Really very good. I love the dark chocolate sprinkled with salt.
Cons: Very hard to find. If you see it, BUY IT.

These bars are all made by hand. Selection of flavors is well-chosen and offers something for everyone. I especially like the 60% dark w/ pistachios and sea salt.
Cons: Probably hard to find outside of Brooklyn. Also, can be tough to find within Brooklyn sometimes.
