If you have the opportunity to see this band live, do it!!! They came about three weeks ago to Miami, and a friend and I went. Seriously one of the best shows I've ever been to.

Rock, rock, rock, and rock. These guys are still great even after about 30 years. They continue to blow the mind of their listeners and give them more each and every album.

Anthony Kiedis rocks some of the trippiest lyrics this side of the '70s, Flea is one of the best slap-bassists in the world (That comes from George Clinton and P-Funk) while Fruciante has the ability to flawlessly design melodies that suit any occasion. Even if you only listen to "Under the Bridge" and "Californication," you won't be disappointed!

Bassist Flea is one of the best; often times the heart and soul of the band regardless of the guitarist on duty. Kiedis delivers sly and sleazy vocals.
Cons: Lyrics can veer into awful territory.

Flea is a great bassist and Kiedis is a great songwriter, Smith is a pretty good drummer, and Klinghoffer is a decent guitarist
Cons: No more Frusciante....

Good music and the lead singer has a great voice for rock music!
Cons: Not for everyone and their newer stuff is not as great as it was when they first came out and into the '90s.
