Under rated classic. Nice combo of sweet, bitter, alchohol.
Cons: Many bartenders screw it up.

Classic drink that has come back into popularity. The taste of the brandy tends to hold up against the lemon and triple sec better than sidecar variations that use different liquors.
Cons: Tastes bad if you don't use good ingredients - in other words, should have fresh squeezed lemon and a decent brandy.
