best ramen in nyc. doesn't matter what you order as it's all basically some variant of tonkatsu (pork). delicious broth. be prepared to wait.

It takes 3 days to make their broth. Noodles are made by hand. Use naturally-raised Berkshire pork belly. Starters a nice sampling of Japan. If God sat down to eat ramen, it would be at Ippudo.
Cons: Will cause an addiction. Wait can be long, but beers are half price at the bar while you wait!!!
