Good, easy drink. Try warming up the ginger beer a little bit first for a warm winter drink.

One of the tastiest longdrinks out there. The slow burn building up from the ginger make all the difference.
Cons: In many parts of the world ginger beer is very hard to come by. Ginger ale is a very poor substitute.

Perfect balance of sweet and spicy. Fun name.
Cons: Weak Ginger beer = poor drink. The best I've found is Main Root brand. Generally, spicier is better.

The thinking man's rum and coke. Tastes even better with bourbon.
Cons: Depends heavily on the quality of the ginger beer.

One of my favorite mixed drinks. The ginger combined with the rum makes for something completely different from most drinks.

best with barritts ginger beer, not that crappy jamaican ginger beer. i prefer serving it over crushed ice.
Cons: tastes better in bermuda!
