Really crisp screen. The best of all Blackberries out there (haven't played with Tour yet). OS is strong and the connectivity (both 3G and WiFi) is great. Full QWERTY keyboard. Really crisp screen.
Cons: The OS does not update quite as fast as the iPhone / Android OS. Applications are rarely available for Blackberries whereas there is an App store on iPhone / Android / Palm WebOS
