My sister-in-law from Vienna never fails to demonstrate how delicious ApfelStrüdel can and should be.

@ictus Its name is tongue-twisting for Japanese, but this sweet is very famous here, too.
How lucky you are that you have a wonderful relative and can eat the genuine apple strudel!

A curious and intriguing little site which shows the locations of each individual train on the London Underground. Strangely interesting if not entirely useless.

Could probably work as a foundation for a pretty poor drinking game, I think I'll try my hand at research.

There are hundreds of wrestlers in Kinshasa city on the Congo River!
Photographer Colin Delfosse shot these powerful pictures of some of the city's Congolese wrestlers in full costume.
Awesome!

Splendid electro-tunes, favourite after a few listenings is 'A Species Out of Control' (suspectible to change over time).

Of course don't listen to it out of context ;)

Only using your books for reading, isn't that rather boring?

Very insightful book by Leah Price, one of the foremost thinkers about ebooks, looking forward to her upcoming
'The Book that Never Was: How Idealizing the Printed Past is Distorting Our Digital Future'.
