If you are into running, like I am, then this is it. This little thing will take your training to new heights with the virtual pacer, and the custom workouts. And when you are done, just get near your computer and the thing will upload your progress to the Garmin site...By. It. Self.

Have had it for 3 years now. Solid piece of equipment, and has done wonders for my training. I know it's a little bigger than an usual wrist watch, but the results are fine...and the price is excellent.
