Some websites project your data, while others are a little more nefarious. It's tough to know without reading the terms of service and being able to cut through the mumbo-jumbo.
This website helps people understand how their data is used on the web by turning the privacy policy of every major site into a small set of icons.
It's still in the early stages, but I like where this is headed.

@gleitz dragged me to Nublu on a Monday night once and my life was forever changed, because Hess is More was playing. I'm pretty sure everyone there teared up when they heard this song, which was NOT YET RELEASED but which is now. You're going to fall in love with them, just so you know.

Back in my amateur film days, I wasted many a take trying to avoid weird reflections off people's glasses and that "cop flashlight in your face" look. This little gizmo snaps onto a light for a softer, more diffuse light pattern. Super simple, and a cool gift for a film aficionado.
