Healthy and delicious food, gorgeous photography, and an absolutely adorable family. They are very adventurous, and their food philosophy is very refreshing. A great resource for everyone, not just vegetarians.

I already love GT's Kombucha, but this just takes it to a completely different level. The chia gives it a very interesting texture, it's almost gelatinous. The first time I could hardly belive my tastebuds.

These brussels sprouts are famous in SLC, and I was so excited to find a recipe for them Vintage Mixer's lovely site. If you have bad memories of the veggie, give them another chance!

I love Shoegaze, and Twin Sister is no exception. This track of their debut album is deliciously weird, but that's what makes Twin Sister so great.

This is such a beautiful song, slightly reminiscent of the orchestrations of M83. But Au Palais is their own monster, writing in an ocean of contrasting sounds.

Midnight Moon is one of those cheeses that works with pretty much everything. It's creamy taste has a subtle crunch the works well with sandwiches, and it also tastes delicious with fruit. Goat cheese can be overwhelming for some, but this is not the case with Midnight Moon. I found mine at Whole Foods.

They really do have some of the world's best Macaroni and Cheese. I also recommend their sandwiches. The two combined make one of the best meals in Seattle.

Sweet Life is my favorite pastry shop in Eugene, everything I have tried has been phenomenal. It is also very cozy, making it a wonderful place to curl up with a cup of coffee and read, or to have a lunch date with a friend.

Eva is my favorite SLC restaurant. Their food is excellent, and the prices encourage exploration. Oh, and the brussel sprouts are to die for.

Travis Bone makes band and show posters in SLC, but the musicians he represents come from everywhere. Many are top indie names, but he also does posters for smaller bands as well. Even though likes to focus on clean lines and shapes, his work is visually interesting and engaing,

My secret addiction. Even though it's a little pricey, it makes you feel great and (depending on the brand) it is also insanely delicious. If you attempt to make it, don't forget about your scoby!

You can't deny that some of the guys are super sexy (especially those Civil War hunks), those 19th century ladies had all the fun.
