Best off-the-shelf machine learning technique to date. Yet, in spite of the ease of use, it's one of the highest performing solution in many problems and takes a fraction of the time and expertise to put to use that other procedures require.

Quite powerful predictive tool, if you know how to use them and remember their specificities (possible needs for normalization, binarization etc).

Blazing fast. It can replace many in-house implementations of the same structures with an efficient, proven and scalable one. Downside: slightly annoying API if you live in a strongly typed world.

Although a very closed platform, it is still the most usable smartphone out there. Standardization does pay off, sometimes!

Clean, simple, rather efficient. It's been improving quickly and it feels much nicer to use than Mail. Lacks some features such as better integration with Exchange Server and such.

No other place is quite like this, whether you live here as I have been for a while now or whether you're just visiting. Granted that to fully enjoy Paris one needs substantial resources, if one can afford to stay there at least a couple of weeks, it's an experience not to be missed.
