3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz honey syrup (made in a 3 to 1 ratio)
2 oz bourbon
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Fill ice and shake hard, about 6-7 times. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and add ice (preferably one big chunk)

I had this at Raines Law Room (in Manhattan) and it is delicious! I’ve been making it at home since. While it is sweet, there’s still a good balance of the liquor and mixers.

Really delicious. Sweet, but not too sweet. My boyfriend makes this cocktail.
