Deliciously creamy and excellent with a ripe tomato, fresh basil, some sea salt and a splash of olive oil! (That's my favourite summer snack)
Ask your cheesemonger if it is made from Water Buffalo milk if you want the real stuff. Cow milk made in this style is also good, but is not the same product.
