Full frame, excellent dynamic range, low noise at high ISO.
AF may not be as good as it should be.

Newest edition of the greatest camera ever. I love it for its full-frame matrix and clean picture even on high ISO.
You can't use your AF-S lenses. And price could be lower a little.

1st class image quality among all DSLRs (due to full frame), 1080p video recording, self-cleaning
So-so for sports

Full Frame, Live View, Video
Only a single grip (can add a battery grip). Feels more like a consumer grade camera.

not too shabby of a camera--just not my type
if i was going to be paying an arm and a leg for a camera, i'd reccommend the Nikon DX3 instead. This camera seems almost mediocre in comparison
