The book will simultaneously consume and ground you. It's a (really heavy) gateway drug to his other works. I suggest it on an E-Reader for an easier time looking up the words you don't know and flipping between footnotes.

I think I am addicted to the Dirty Sanchez with its delicious escabeche carrots. And the queso with chips is supreme. It's a chain, but don't write it off just yet.
For meat eaters: try on the trailer park (and make it extra trashy).
