The Town isn't original in any sense of the word, but Affleck does a marvelous job executing all of the pieces and is easily one of the best films of 2010.

MASTERFUL
If you haven't seen this, then see it....now.
This is a long, rambling, visual poem about the experience of being in war. I clearly remember leaving the theater after seeing this film and feeling that I had just been touched by a graceful bit of genius. I also remember the guy walking out next to me saying that it was the worst thing he had ever seen. War is hell like that.

Creepy, profound, weird, cool, heartwarming, and strange. And Jake Gyllenhaal! Made with a tiny budget in less than a month. So cult-worthy.
Cons: The rabbit mask is very scary.
