Day-to-day reading is generally pointless.

Mar 29, 2009Great information, create a lot of original content and guides as well as linking to other sites. Frequently don't even know you wanted something until it shows up here.
Wide variety of topics can mean a lot of stuff doesn't interest you if you read it daily. Just lost their main writer.

Lots of things I do care about. Lifehacker has hacked my life and taught me lots of neat tricks about everything imaginable.
Lots of things I don't care about. I'm glad I read through Google Reader to make scrolling easier.
