The University of Sydney Library is the largest academic library in the southern hemisphere, with a print collection of over 5.1 million items and a vast array of electronic resources.

Fisher Library is the largest of the 12 libraries in the University of Sydney Library system. Fisher Library was opened in 1963 and receives more than 1.3 million visits every year.
